Access & billing
For an invitation or store access, start with your workspace manager. For other help, include your workspace or store name and the page where you need assistance.
For billing questions, include the invoice identifier and your organization’s billing name. When checkout is available, your manager can pay a finalized invoice through the billing page.

Content concerns
Report a video or request removal.
You can report media from its review page. Without account access, email the public post URL or relevant Trupe reference, the concern, and a way to contact you.
People with approval permission can remove stored media. Removal blocks new previews and stops posts that have not started; an active publication may still complete.
Removing media from Trupe does not delete an existing TikTok post. The account owner must manage the published post on TikTok. Contact us if you need help identifying it.

Privacy & account disconnection
Email access, correction, export, or deletion requests from your account email where possible. Include the relevant workspace; we may need to verify your authority.
A team member with store connection permission can disconnect the store’s direct TikTok account. A workspace manager controls shared persona connections, including connections for paused personas.
Disconnect removes the live direct-connection tokens, TikTok account identifier, and nickname, and stops unstarted server and Android posts for that destination. Ayrshare posts remain unchanged. Already accepted publications may finish. Historical records and backups can remain.
If remote revocation cannot be confirmed, remove Trupe through TikTok’s app permissions. Repeating Disconnect cannot retry erased credentials.
For persona accounts linked through Ayrshare, a workspace manager can choose ‘Disconnect this publisher in Trupe’ to remove the local publisher profile credentials. Manage remote access separately through Ayrshare and TikTok. Contact us about publisher data for a store’s default destination.
