Are the presenters real people?
Trupe’s generated presenters are AI characters. Generated videos carry an AI-generated content label, and you review the applicable commercial disclosures before publishing.
Does approving a script publish the video?
No. Script approval moves an idea into production. A person with approval permission must review the finished video and publishing choices, then give explicit consent before the batch can publish.
Which accounts can I use?
The current workflow is built for your store’s own TikTok account. Your team connects an account it is authorized to use. Publishing availability depends on the configured connection and provider access; confirm your setup with us before planning a launch.
How does pricing work?
We agree terms for each store during onboarding. Terms can include a monthly base, an included-view allowance, a fee for additional views, a recurring cap, and a separate setup fee. Your workspace manager can inspect the invoice and its view evidence. Contact us to discuss a program.
Can I stop a scheduled post?
People with approval permission can cancel posts that have not started publishing. A post already accepted by a publishing provider may still complete. Removing a video from Trupe does not remove a post already on TikTok.
How do I get access?
Trupe workspaces are invitation-only. If your team already uses Trupe, ask a workspace manager for an invitation. For a new program, contact us with a little about your brand.
